Has your business plan changed post COVID-19?  Have you reviewed the impact this and the crisis has had on your sales and your sales team (if you have one)?

During the session, we will cover the whole sales factory, checking all the steps are working for you to help you achieve your new business plan. We will delve deeper into certain areas in breakout sessions, so please bring along the questions you would like answered.

Jonathan Viney will facilitate the session. Since 2004 Jonathan has set up and run a very successful consultancy which specialises in improving the sales performance of SME and large companies in the UK, Europe, and Middle East. Jonathan’s unique approach will identify the potential opportunities and develop a sales strategy and then deliver the changes into profit.

Jonathan’s experience of sales management and strategy stretches over 35 years, across a very wide variety of industries. He has set up, as well taken over poor performing teams and turned them in to highly productive sales units. This experience is being shared with students as a guest lecturer at the University of York and Royal Agriculture University on Sales and Sales Management.

After the formal part of the workshop Jonathan will stay around for 1:1 meetings to discuss individual questions and specific scenarios.
